At Fundcera Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., we provide expert consulting services to assist clients in securing loans with maximum benefits. Please read our detailed policy below:

📜 Refund Policy

• Consulting service fees are refundable only as per the company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Refund is possible only if the company has not initiated the Customer Service Process within 48 hours of payment.
• If a loan is approved but the customer declines it, the consulting service fee will not be refunded.
• Once the loan application is processed, the consulting fee becomes non-refundable, even if the customer cancels.

🛠 Customer Service Process

• Initiated within 24–48 hours of payment, including verification calls and consultation initiation.
• Even if the customer does not answer, the process is considered started once our team attempts contact.
• Updates are reflected in the customer portal.

📋 Loan Process Guidelines

• Our consultants verify your documents with multiple banks. If your documents meet any bank’s criteria, we proceed with that bank.
• Your file may be logged with multiple banks based on profile evaluation.
• No additional company charges apart from the consulting service fee. Third-party charges are not our responsibility.
• If linked to a non-standard bank, separate charges may apply.
• Loan requests are matched to your requested amount. If bank limits are lower, we will not proceed with that bank.
• Approval rate is approx. 60%. Rejections do not guarantee approval from another bank.
• If rejected, you may reapply within 6 months after resolving the stated issues.
• Loan approval depends on your profile, documentation, and bank policies.
• Only applicants will receive loan-related information.

🔐 Privacy & Security

• All client documents are kept secure and used strictly for loan purposes.
• We are not liable for misuse of documents by third parties.
• No written or digital sharing of customer files.

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents will result in legal action.
• We follow updated bank rules if they change during loan processing.
• Pre-approval shown online is based on customer-provided data and is not a guarantee.
• We are not responsible for loans processed independently with the same bank.
• Payments made via third parties are valid only after received in our account.
• All legal matters are handled exclusively in Surat, Gujarat by our legal team.
